Since 1990 Italian Cookery Weeks, the first Italian cooking school, has been inviting you to join us for a week of consuming passion and with every passing year we have sought to intensify the pleasure of experiencing Italian food and how to prepare it in settings that enhance the rich canvas of flavours, tastes and recipes prepared by our expert Italian chefs with just a little help from our guests. This year our cooking school returns to the medieval landscape of Umbria, where we aim to give you plenty of time to relax with a group of like-minded people who will come to be regarded as friends; lunch alfresco and dine by candle light, throw in plenty of time to explore the local area with us or by yourselves and the passion will be an all-consuming and lasting one, to give you a perfect Italian cooking vacation.
